Meet Natasha Isaman

MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C

She/Her/Hers

Mental health care is more than prescribing medication—it's about listening, understanding, and helping people find hope when life feels overwhelming. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in your treatment.

My journey into psychiatric nursing began with a passion for helping people navigate some of life's most difficult challenges. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and many other mental health concerns. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every person's story is unique and that treatment should never be "one size fits all."

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) provider, I offer evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults through secure telehealth appointments. I believe medication can be a valuable tool when appropriate, but it is only one part of the healing process. My approach emphasizes thoughtful, individualized treatment that considers your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, personal goals, and overall well-being.

During your appointments, you can expect a collaborative conversation—not a rushed visit. I take time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, explain treatment options, and develop a plan that aligns with your goals and values. Whether you're seeking help for the first time or looking for a fresh perspective after previous treatment, my priority is helping you feel informed, supported, and confident in your care.

At Illuminating Life Behavioral Health, I believe that healing is possible and that hope can be found even during life's most challenging seasons. It is an honor to partner with my patients as they work toward improved mental health, greater resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

When Natasha isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 5 children, and grandson.
